How much do I charge?
I do not charge, I only undertake consulting on pro bono basis.
Are there other things you should know?
I work only 5 hours a month on pro bono consulting. So if you want my time, you may want to email me with your requirement and find out if I am available. Most of the collaboration for the work will be through email and Skype. I’m available on email almost 24X7.

I have done feasibility studies for 200+ projects covering almost every asset class. Total area, of completed and running projects is in excess 3,000,000 SqM. I have handled projects in varied geographies including UAE, Qatar, UK, Fast East and Eastern Europe.
I create financial model that is robust, simple and effective. Our models are scalable - so greater detail or a large number of units, for example, can be added with minimal rework. Our models also have printable outputs that are easy to read.
